Jamb Set 120 As Minimum Not Maximum Cutoff

 I was going through a thread about the new cutoff mark , and was sad that so many people misunderstood the new cutoff mark . Jamb set it as a minimum which means that's the least any uni can go , universities are at liberty to set it at 200 above if they wish .
