All successfully admitted candidates in the 2017/2018 Lagos State University admissions exercise (100 Level and Direct Entry) are required to download and complete the “Students’ Undertaking Form”.
THIS FORM MUST BE DULY COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED BEFORE STUDENT CAN BE ALLOWED TO MATRICULATE.
This form will be submitted along with other documents during the Central Admissions Clearance exercise.
The Time Table for the 2017/2018 Central Admissions Clearance exercise shall be released soon.
